DI3270 X.25/QLLC is a full-featured micro-to-mainframe connectivity product able to operate standalone or as a gateway between an IBM host and a micro-based local area network communicating via X.25/QLLC protocol. DI3270 X.25/QLLC supports four concurrent host sessions in a standalone configuration and from 8 to 253 sessions (or user workstations) in a LAN gateway configuration. Data transfer speeds between DI3270 X.25/QLLC and the IBM host range from 9600bps to 74Kbps depending on the capabilities of the X.25 network, modem, and phone line.

DI3270 X.25/QLLC supports ICOM's full complement of gateway support features, including gateway and network managment; support of multiple gateway environments; and load balancing.

X.25 Adapter
DI3270 X.25/QLLC runs on Data Interface's High Speed Serial Adapter with top speed of up to 74Kbps. Data transmission speed will depend on operating environment, modem speed, line capacity, and application.
